- Created entire new Marketing Program, including Direct Mail, Brochures and Sales
Collateral, Advertising, Image Building and Awareness, Advertising Schedule &
Creative, guided the development of a new state-of-the-art website
- Organized and hosted numerous golf writers and golf course raters from top golf
magazines, including a highly successfully, high profile VIP media event
- Created a dramatic three-page, pull-out ad that generated numerous phone calls to
LINKS Magazine from ad agencies and VIPS in the world of golf
- Generated an estimated (annualized amount based on Jan.1 to May 31, 2004)
7,000 to 8,000 (400% more than the prior year) highly qualified sales leads which
increased sales volume significantly.
- Developed a new concept for a model home that was contracted for within 5 days of
opening and purchased for $1.1 million
- Organized and directed a new "lifestyle" photo shoot using Black Diamond members
- Produced (in-house) a dynamic direct mail brochure with a BRC card that produced
a high number of leads.
- Instituted a tracking system for all printed materials and phone calls that enabled us
to accurately locate our market and use a "laser" approach with our Direct Mail campaign,
thus saving a lot of money
- Gained the confidence and respect of the COO in a short amount of time, allowing
him to focus on other development issues. He also consulted with me on various
development concepts and plans
